Program Mission & Selection Standards Ref: MCC-2026

We are assembling a community of practice, not a conventional lecture series. As a technical contributor, you will shape curricula, mentor aspiring technologists, and oversee rigorous technical projects.

Role / 01

Track Lead

Sets the overall track roadmap, aligns sub-track curricula, mentors the mentor cohort, and ensures continuous technical quality.

Role / 02

Mentor

Owns the deep-dive delivery of their chosen sub-track, leads practical coding labs, reviews student projects, and provides technical guidance.

Role / 03

Vice Mentor

Partners with the lead mentor, facilitates student questions, tracks milestones, assists during code reviews, and coordinates group progress.

Applications are evaluated rigorously on demonstrated technical depth, practical problem solving, teaching empathy, and commitment reliability.
